  4. Delivery Time

    Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, operational delays, or uncontrollable circumstances.

  5. Liability for Loss

    The company’s liability is strictly limited to the declared value of goods or as per company policy (100 USD$), whichever is lower.
    No claims shall be entertained for damage, freight charges, shortage, or late delivery under any circumstances. Claims, if any, will only be considered for total loss of shipment, subject to company approval.

  6. Customs & Duties

    Any customs duty, VAT, or import charges at the destination are payable by the receiver (consignee).

  8. Shipment Tracking

    Tracking facility will be provided online or via customer care. Status updates depend on partner carriers and destination country. All tracking data is sourced from courier partners, and Radhe International does not take responsibility for delays, discrepancies, or inaccuracies in such data.

  9. Return of Shipment

    If the receiver is unavailable or refuses delivery, the parcel will be returned at the consignee’s cost.

    • Improper, insufficient, or defective packaging by the sender;
    • Goods restricted or prohibited by law;
    • Acts of third-party carriers, customs authorities, or government agencies.

  11. Force Majeure

    The courier company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond its control.
